These fields include history type such as: "Call completed" , "Meeting held". The history record is created when the activity is cleared. If you clear an activity multiple times then the last history entry is displayed. ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: preferences on the details views were not changing when being set from the Tools menu ------------------------------------------------------------- ADDED: Opportunity Fields you can now select fields from the opportunity table to be displayed on the calendar. If the activity is attached to an opportunity the opportunity field will also be displayed. Such as; Opportunity Name or Opportunity Amount ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ADDED: An option to display "task List Plus" in the details view in ACT! such as; COntacts, COmpanies, Groups and Opportunities views To turn ON 1- Go to the TOOLS menu and select DURKIN TASK PLUS 2- Click on the GENERAL tab 3- Add/remove checksmarks from the detail view section ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: Recurring icons were not being drawn on the activity rows ------------------------------------------------------------- ADDED: Map It / Drive It you can now select multipel activies to get driving directions / routing directions. Please select the multiple activies in the task list panel on the calendar then right-clcik. In the popup menu select MAP IT ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: The Task List was not being refreshed when an activity was created/edited/cleared from another view in ACT! ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: Support for Export to Excel Privileges The system now check if he current user has Privileges to export to excel.
