onto the template it was not merging correctly.
[FIXED] The merge engine is not sensitive to the width of the columns.
[FIXED] OLP was always defaulting to Microsoft Word processor
and not ACT Native word processor.
[FIXED] OLP when field 9-16 was set to a contact field that was a date

[Changed] Allow OLP users to deselect a dropdown if the dropdown is set
to LIMIT TO LIST.
[Changed] Allow OLP to user a different internal table that would hold
a new set of products. This table could assign
many fields like notes and such..
Add a new NOTES field PER LINE ITEM that would be internal.
This would greatly help when geneating quotes since it would
be only internal notes per line item rather then notes per opportunity.
This new table could 'link' to QuickBooks" or other 3rd party products
This new table could manage its own import/export routines.
[Changed] The 'Discount' field was defaulting to Currency when it should be a percentage.
This behavior has been changed
[Added] The ability to add the 'AdjPrice' or 'DiscountPrice' field onto the template.
[Added] The ability to add a duplicate custom column to the list
This allows the user more flexibility when reporting,
colorizing and generally managing the list.
I.e. You can add a duplicate column from the DateModified
field. One of the fields would be displayed as a date
"07/07/2008"
while the second field could be displayed as just the month
"JulY" ( Format MMM )
NOTE these format clauses are outlined on
"Basic number formatting specifiers.doc"
[Added] The ability to Create a Lookup
Select multiple rows from the custom list then
right-click to open the popup menu. From this menu
select "Create Lookup"
NOTE -
Create Lookup reversed is also available. This will
create alookup of contacts that are not selected.
This means you can select all the rows then do the
Create Lookup Reversed to select all contacts that
do not have any entry in this list.
[FIXED] When you deleted an opportunity from the contact details
window it was not being removed from the opportunity list
until the next refresh. This has been fixed.
[FIXED] when you edit an opportunity from the 'Contact details'
window ACt's native 'Edit Opportunity" window came forward.
This has been corrected in ACT! 10.2
[FIXED] when you right-click on the opportunity list,
the menu item "Edit Estimate CLose Date" is now avaiable
[FIXED] Users can not find 'custom opp fields' when inside our
Word Add-on because we list those fields as
"Custom Field1", " CustomField2" ect.
[FIXED] When editing an opportunity with a custom field formatted with a
data entry mask like "##/##/####" OLP was throwing an error when saving
This has been fixed in version 10.2 and was previously fixed in 9.0
ACT 10.0 and 10.1 used a different routine so there was not error
on those builds
[Added] When printing "Make a separate and unique document for each contact"
ON
This option will loop thru all the attached contacts and make
a document using each contacts information.
OFF
All documents will use the first contacts information.
[FIXED] The toolbar preferences were not saving.
[ADDED] When exporting to excel OLP now asks the users
where to save the "Export.XLS" file

CHNAGED: Redesigned the "Column Details" window now called the
"Format Column" window. This window is accessed by
right-clicking on the column header then selecting
COLUMN FORMAT from the popup menu.

list view edit mode the opportunity was not being updated

would throw an error.
FIXED: When adding a new opp series using an ACT field,
OLP would default to "Auto-Increment" rather then
using the ACT field's text. "<>"
Fixed: When ACT database was re-index it would remove the
activities from the opportunity list. The activity
link was being broken but the activity was never
removed from the database.
Fixed: All Attached activities to an opportunity are now
backed up and restored using the ACT BackUp feature.
FIXED: When adding activities some were displayed twice.
This was because ACT issues an "Invitation" when a user
creates a new activity "on behalf" of another user.

for ACT 2007 under some conditions. The user would
not see OLP in the ACT interface and would receive

FIXED: A data specific bug. If the user had a non date value
entered in one of the custom (1-9) fields then

go to the ABOUT wiindow and change the "Next Number"

This toolbar is the same as the previous pull down menu
but Adobe Acrobate was overwritten WORD Add-on menus.
So We added the toolbar to access our Word Add-on features.

"Virtual Mode" does not support color rules. When the list is in
this mode the background will be a light blue color and no color rules
will be applied.

The Progress Bar defaults to Red unless you change the Header
To change the color of the progress bar follow these steps:
1. Right-click on the column header
2. Select EDIT COLUMN
3. Click on the MORE button
4. Expand the HEADERSTYLE section
5. Select the BACKCOLOR
Select a BACKCOLORGRADIENT is desired
6. Click OK, then click OK again.
Note to Remove the Text from the Percentage Bar remove the font from the HEADERSTYLE

5. Change WORDWRAP to TRUE
6. Change MAXLINE to 3
