Calendar View Plus in now installed in ACT! Launch ACT! and click on the Calendar view to see Calendar View Plus enhanced features. ----------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------- BUILD 3.0.4.31 (5/27/2010) ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: When clicking on the Documents icon on the toolbar no templates were displayed. ------------------------------------------------------------- ADDED: A preference that can be set for the default srting to be merged onto a document when the field is empty. The default value is an ten space underline FieldValue.WhenEmpty ___________________ ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: When generating a document if the field was empty somtimes the word document would read: "Error! No document variable supplied" The document engine now uses the FieldValue.WhenEmpty ( See above ) ------------------------------------------------------------- BUILD 3.0.4.21 (4/25/2010) ------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: Under some conditions when the user created a recurring activity the recurring acctivities were not being displayed until after a refresh ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: Under some conditions when the user cleared an activity it was not being removed from the schedule until after refreshing the view ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: Private activities for other users were showing up on the calendar under some conditions. This has been fixed. ------------------------------------------------------------- ADDED: A check box to "Apply color rules to task list" Currently the task list and calendar uses different color rules. By Placing a check mark in this options all the calendar color rules are copied to the Task List rule. To access just the task list rules right-click on the task list and select CUSTOMIZE-> COLOR RULES ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: On startup when going to the DAILY view it was going to the first day of the week. It now displays today ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: Gradient option was not being applied to color rules for darker colors. ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: Timeless activities with set to 0 minutes were being displayed in the task list on the next day since they were going from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This has been fixed. ------------------------------------------------------------- BUILD 3.0.4.10 (3/25/2010) ------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------- ADDED: Opportunity Fields you can now select fields from the opportunity table to be displayed on the calendar. If the activity is attached to an opportunity the opportunity field will also be displayed. Such as; Opportunity Name or Opportunity Amount ------------------------------------------------------------- Changed: Speed When a project was being displayed on the calendar and the project was saved the entire calendar was being refreshed. Now, only the single project on the calendar is refreshed. ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: When the dateRange control was set to : ShowDuration = FALSE and ShowEndDate = FALSE the enddate was not being changed with the startDate ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: When swicthng between from the Monthy view onto the Daily View, the selected date was not sticking. ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: The "Edit Activity" window has a slight flicker when teh mouse moved over controls. ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: Some controls were dissapearing when other controls values were changing. ------------------------------------------------------------- ADDED: Map It / Drive It you can now select multipel activies to get driving directions / routing directions. Please select the multiple activies in the task list panel on the calendar then right-click. In the popup menu select MAP IT ------------------------------------------------------------- ADDED: Super Tooltips The mouse over tooltips have now been enlarged and enhanced. ------------------------------------------------------------- ADDED: Option for gradient fill on the activities. To change this option follow these steps 1) in ACT go to the TOOLS menu and select DURKIN CALENDAR 2) Click on the ABOUT tab 3) Add or remove the check mark from "Use gradient Fill on the calendar" ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: The preference for "Support for multiple monitors" was not saving on restart. ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: Cleared activites were not being shown either greyed out or with a strikethru based on the ACT preference. ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: The calendar was not going to the correct view on startup. It now goes to the last view selected. ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: Under some conditions the power notes were not saving changed to the notes field. ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: The calendar was not being refreshed when an activity was created/edited/cleared from another view in ACT! ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: Reset panel layotus was not resetting after the user went into the options form. ------------------------------------------------------------- CHANGED: Calls, Meeting and TO-Do are now select on first installation ------------------------------------------------------------- CHANGED: When you right-click and selcet CREATE LOOKUP the default is now all activities on the selected view such as: Daily, Weekly and/or Monthly ------------------------------------------------------------- ADDED: Support for font setting for the Print Functions You can now set the Print fonts differently then the screen fonts under the CALENDAR tab in OPTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------- FIXED: Support for Export to Excel Privileges The system now check if he current user has Privileges to export to excel.
