Hello, I've opened a support ticket on this issue (closed with no follow-up), sent E-mails to the support E-mail address (no response), and called the support phone number and left voice messages (no call-back). The issue that has come up is I have a single Citrix server (Presentation Server 4.0, Citrix is used exclusively for remote access) with ACT! Premium 2009, and OLP update (OLP9_1024_setup.exe install file), it appears that each time a user access ACT!/OLP via Citrix the user is prompted to enter a keycode repeatedly. The first time I contacted support, they provided me with the latest OLP install (previously using OLP_1093_setup.exe install). Since then I have updated to the new release and tried testing the app again. Sent in a case to have the keycodes reset and Support has said (when I did get them to respond) the keycodes had been reset, however I'm not able to re-register as it says the code is invalid. So basically the product is unusable at this point. My company is planning on additional deployments, but management has asked to resolve this issue before going forward. Has anyone run to the problem before? Thank You for your help.

Yes, the ball was dropped on a handoff between vacations.
We will have a special build for your unique Citrix configurations at the end of the week.
George Duthie or myself will be contacting you directly

Jim, The E-mail got caught in the SPAM filter on Friday and but I was able to release it, download and install the new buildl, apply the fix, and re-try the application, but I'm still getting prompted to enter registration information. Do I need to re-register the .dll files or is there something else I need to do?
Thanks, Jason
