I have downloaded the latest version of OLPv3 and get empty fields for contact and company columns? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Maybe your preference did not copy to version 3 correctly. Try these steps to reset the preferences: 1) Close ACT! 2) Go to START-> MY DOCUMENTS and open the folder "Durkin COmputing" 3) Rename the folder "Durkin.Views.OpportunityList" to "Durkin.Views.OpportunityList BAK" 4) Restart ACT!
This action will force OLP to create a new preference folder on restart. Can you see the columns now?

I am having the same problem. Did have an older version. Renamed the folder, but contact and company columns do not show up.

It was 30431 that I downloaded and installed on 7/19. Tried uninstall reinstall, any columns added from contacts or company don't show up. I was hoping to demo this for a client. Using ACT prem 12.1 hotfix 2

Hello,
I running on a trial version (build 30431) and I am having the same problem. All of the previously entered Opportunities do not show up when I turn on Opportunity List Plus for Contacts. In addition, under Companies nothing changes. I still get the regular ACT appearance even though the box is checked off.
I renamed the folder as suggested in the earlier response but it did not change anything.
Please let me know what else I can try.
Thank You, Marc
