I just bought Durkin Toolkit and got the Key XXXXXXX
I did input that in the first screen, and it was accepted and registred!

Upon starting ACT2010 Premium again via Tools/Durkin I came into the
Default screen where on the left side the serial is again empty.
I re-type the key again and got the message a.... already for xxxx name...
The name is indeed mine

What to do to get this key fixed to the program??

Please try registering running ACT as administrator. The current user settings and/or UAC may have stopped our registration from completeing.
1. Close ACT!
2. From the desktop right-click on the ACT icon and select "Run as Administrator..."
3. Enter your serial number then click the REGISTER NOW button
4. After ACT is fully launched close ACT the run normal.

I did start ACT2010 Premium as Admin,and installed Durkin Toolkit also as Admin but still has the problem
,when I insert my original key.
Maybe a reset in your server or a new number.
I UNINSTALLED EVERYTHING AND RESTARTED ALL OVER,WITH THAT GIVEN KEY,AND STILL
IN THE TRIAL MODE, AS KEY NOT ACCEPTED.
