Durkin Computing is proud to announce the release of the Smart Notes or ACT!. This add-on for ACT was co-developed by Jim Durkin and Alan Frankel of Resource Dynamics. Smart Notes features include:
- Create a ‘sticky note’ on any contact, company, group or opportunity
- Create rules driven notes like “Opprtunity greater then $5,000″
- Reminds you of things to say or ask a customer
- Quickly bring important information to the screen
- Privacy check box used to make note private or public.

Durkin Computing is proud to announce a new free add on that will auto refresh the current view every x minutes or refresh every x minutes when idle. To install the auto refresher download the installer here, close ACT!, run the installer and restart ACT!.
When you restart ACT! the option screen will ask you you set the refresh rates.
To change the settings click on Tools > Durkin ACT! Auto-Refresh…
